Need help right now? Our technicians can connect to your device remotely and solve your problem — no house call required.

For our technicians to be able to assist you remotely, you need to download client software for the platform you need assistance on. Choose your device below to get started.

  1. 1Click here to download your client
  2. 2Open your Downloads folder. You can find it in File Explorer on the left sidebar.
  3. 3Double-click the file that was downloaded (usually has rustdesk in the name) to launch the installer.
  4. 4Click Next through the prompts and then Install to complete setup.
  5. 5Once installed, open RustDesk and share your ID with your technician.

  4. 4Drag the RustDesk icon into your Applications folder.
  5. 5If macOS blocks the app, go to System Settings → Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway.
  6. 6Open RustDesk from Applications and share your ID with your technician.
